Samantha Salstone is a pediatric Speech-Language Therapist working with children from infancy through adolescence in Northbrook and surrounding suburbs. Her clinical specialties include expressive and receptive language, social communication, language-based learning, reading comprehension, narrative language, speech sound development including Childhood Apraxia of Speech with a focus on neurodiverse populations.

Samantha has extensive training in the DIR/Floortime® Model which she uses as a framework for all developmental intervention. Together with families, Samantha explores strategies to emphasize the strengths of a child's individual differences. 

When she's not at "work" (because work is play!) you'll find her spending time with her children, Eliza and Logan, her husband David, and her beloved goldendoodle, Ziggy. She loves to spend time outside with her family, travel, try new restaurants, attend Broadway musicals, and cook in the kitchen.
